Shipping:
Free shipping is available on the majority of our items.  We will ship every item to you the fastest way possible, from 2-Day shipping, LTL Freight, and UPS Ground.  When your order is placed, we will update your order ASAP to let you know when you could expect it.


**In Store Pickup: Please bring the email confirmation of your order, the credit card used for the order, and driver's license to our showroom and we will have the order pulled for you in the front for pickup. The driver's license must match the name on the order placed. Also the credit card must match the credit card used online, then the order will be released for pick up.**

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the products and industry we serve we DO NOT ACCEPT returns over 15 days after the receipt of goods confirmed by UPS Tracking.

All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returned goods must be RESELLABLE and in NEW CONDITION otherwise credit will not be issued.

Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of goods for any problems or concerns with the merchandise and we will work with you to find a solution.

The BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

JANITOR'S WORLD is not responsible for transit damages. If your product is damaged due to shipping alert us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with UPS to resolve any issues.
